This multi week (can also be used for Fat Bike Racing) training program will get you in shape to kick ass in the expert category.
This is a 12 week MTB, Fat Bike, or other bike training program that will get you to smash and finish a 100 mile race in the Expert category.
This is a training plan for the person looking to tackle a 200 mile race! Just like all the other plans this has up to date training practices that will have you ready to compete! With this program you will get 14 weeks of workouts to follow on the bike as well as 14 weeks of Strength Training!
